What We're Looking For:

Experience:

? Overseeing all stages of the System Development Life Cycle (testing, deployment, and go-live)
? Collaborating with end users, executives, and system integrators to ensure smooth execution
? Managing implementations for large-scale retail organizations (global reach, multiple locations, or high end-user counts)

Ideal Qualifications: ? Extensive experience with UKG Pro HCM and Payroll modules, with a focus on best practices ? Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-location project teams effectively ?
