Key Responsibilities
? Oversee accounts payable to guarantee timely payment of invoices.
? Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing and collection follow-ups.
? Conduct regular bank reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy.
? Ensure precise financial record-keeping utilizing QuickBooks Enterprise.
? Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
? Collaborate with various departments to address accounting-related inquiries.
? Provide support during audits and tax preparation processes.

Required Skills
? Proficient in QuickBooks Enterprise and QuickBooks Point of Sale (POS) Desktop.
? Strong grasp of accounting principles and practices.
? Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
? Ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
? Capability to work independently as well as within a team.
? CPA certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications
? Bachelor?s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
? Proven experience in accounting or a similar capacity.
