? JOB SUMMARY: The Senior Associate, Underwriting, Real Estate Finance, assists with underwriting to help achieve real estate origination goals.

Requirements: ? Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year accredited institution required ? Minimum of 4+ years of commercial real estate financial modeling experience ? Outstanding quantitative and qualitative analytical skills ? Strong knowledge of finance and accounting ? Ability to work under pressure on multiple projects in parallel while still meeting deadlines ? An ability to synthesize information from various sources and comprehend multiple, distinct points of views ? Demonstrated experience in financial modeling for sophisticated commercial real estate deals ? Strong oral and written communications skills ? Highly motivated business professional, able to thrive in small team environment ? Extensive and strong knowledge of Excel, to include financial modeling and CoStar ? Outstanding organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
