Key Responsibilities
? Maintain precise and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
? Conduct monthly bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of all recorded transactions.
? Generate and provide monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, encompassing balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
? Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, offering insights and recommendations based on financial data.
? Collaborate with HR to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
? Ensure adherence to tax regulations at all levels and aid in the preparation of tax-related documents.
? Manage expense reports, oversee petty cash, and make certain that all expenditures remain within budget limits.
? Utilize accounting software, particularly QuickBooks, to maintain financial records and transactions.

Required Skills
? Demonstrated experience as a Bookkeeper or in a comparable role.
? Strong grasp of fundamental bookkeeping and accounting principles.
? Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
? Exceptional organizational abilities and capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
? Keen attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
? Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
? Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications
? Proven experience in bookkeeping or a related field is essential.
? Preferred qualifications include coursework in accounting or finance, and an Associate?s degree in Accounting or a related field.
