What You?ll Do
As a Licensed Inside Sales & Customer Service Specialist, your role will blend inside sales with exceptional client support, helping existing customers with their policies while identifying opportunities to expand their coverage. Your ability to build relationships, educate clients, and maximize every interaction will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities: ? Handle Inbound & Outbound Calls: Assist policyholders with their insurance needs while proactively identifying cross-sales opportunities. ? Drive Inside Sales & Cross-Sales: Recommend additional policies and coverage options, ensuring clients have the best protection possible. Earn commission on successful cross-sales. ? Process Policy Updates & Renewals: Handle policy changes, endorsements, and cancellations while reinforcing the value of staying insured with us. ? Educate & Advise Clients: Help customers understand their policy options, providing expert guidance to strengthen trust and loyalty. ? Increase Retention & Lifetime Value: Proactively review policies before renewal, offering competitive options to maximize retention and cross-sales. ? Support Business Growth: Work closely with the sales team to convert service interactions into revenue-generating opportunities. ? Maintain Compliance & Accuracy: Keep detailed records in agency management systems, ensuring efficiency and regulatory compliance.
What You?ll Bring
? Experience: At least 1 years of inside sales or insurance experience, with a track record of successful cross-sales and client retention.
? Licensing: Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
? Sales & Negotiation Skills: Ability to recommend and sell additional coverages based on client needs.
? Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using agency management systems (e.g., eAgent, Performology) and Microsoft Office.
? Strong Communication & Relationship-Building Skills: Ability to engage with clients, build rapport, and maximize every conversation.
? Detail-Oriented & Organized: High level of accuracy when processing policy changes and handling compliance requirements.
? Proactive & Goal-Driven: Self-motivated to hit sales targets, increase client retention, and drive agency growth.
