Location:? Fully Remote - within one of the following states: NC/SC/FL/TX/AZ/PA
(*Must live and have an active insurance license in resident state)
Onsite/Remote:? 100% Remote (within specific states)
Duration:? Full Time
Compensation:? Competitive hourly rate + sales incentives and bonuses
Currently seeking a Bilingual Sales Agent to join our team! To be considered for the position, the candidate should be licensed in their resident state (listed above), have worked multiple AEP seasons (consecutive, up to and including 2024 season), and be bilingual in Spanish (and able to certify with specific carriers). Applicants not meeting these criteria will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
? Answer inbound sales calls and create/execute outbound follow up calls managing a book of business.
? Actively listen to identify customer questions and needs, utilize probing questions when necessary.
? Meet and/or exceed monthly sales goals and service levels.
? Deliver a consistently positive customer experience in a highly ethical and professional manner.
? Absorb new information and have the flexibility to adapt to new processes rapidly.
? Work closely with the retention team to assist when needed.
Qualifications and Experience
? Active resident life and health insurance license, or ability to renew the license prior to start date.
? Minimum of 3 years of strong sales experience.
? Minimum of 1-year experience working in contact centers (including outbound sales experience ? cold calling).
? Minimum of 2 years of experience selling MAPD and Medicare Supplement plans.
? Experience working with broker model (multiple carriers).
? Knowledge of contracting restrictions as related to carriers and/or previous employers. Release documents are required if previously sponsored by carriers. Release documentation is required on day 1 of training.
? Ability to successfully complete America?s Health Insurance Plan (AHIP) for the current year.
? Desire to learn, ability to self-study, and a drive to succeed.
? Strong written and verbal communication, sales development and rapport building skills.
? Basic computer skills required.
