Our client, a world-leading Pharmaceutical Company in Peapack, NJ is currently looking for a Sourcing Specialist / Clinical Trial Vendors / REMOTE WORK to join their expanding team.

Job Title: Sourcing Specialist / Clinical Trial Vendors / REMOTE WORK
Duration: 12 months contract, extendable up to 36 months
Location: Remote Worker
Client Location: Peapack, NJ
Can be 100% remote but beneficial to be near one of the below sites to go onsite to meet team on occasion

Job Description:
Position Summary/Position Responsibilities
SSBM Lead will support the delivery of a robust vendor engagement infrastructure (processes, systems/tools areas such as: business process support, vendor assessment & onboarding, monitoring sourcing strategy framework, sourcing and contract compliance and audit/inspection support.
Support execution of vendor assessment / due diligence in support of Pharmaceutical's portfolio
Support the development of a fit for purpose vendor assessment process
Manage and triage of early stage interests for vendor engagement where there might be a need for vendor assessment
Provide guidance and expertise to teams for required vendor onboarding and engagement activities

Organizational Relationships
GPD Business Operations and Sourcing customers in support of Safety, Regulatory, and Clinical Development
Clinical Trial Vendors

Notes
Part of GPD group supporting clinical trials. Clinical trails rely on their vendors and this position is mainly to assess vendors for enrollment.
Looking for someone who understands the Clinical Trials process.
This candidate will work with internal and external stakeholders so must have high professionalism, good communication skills, be able to talk with people of many levels.
Must have good interpersonal skills, good communication with Stakeholders, quick responsiveness, think outside the box, critical thinking, etc.
This position will use in house vendor mgt system to understand each vendor, audit their SOP, assess their risk and for enrollment qualifications
Former audit experience or contracts would be beneficial
Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) experience would be a plus/ nice to have/beneficial
Pharma/ Pharma vendor management experience= needed

Interview
3-4 person panel interview

Minimum Education:
Bachelor's degree is required. An advanced degree is preferred.
Prior Experience / Attributes Preferred: 8+ years required If Bachelor's degree OR 4+ years clinical trial experience required with advanced degree
