Position: Financial Analyst Sr / Lvl 3 / Santa Barbara, CA or Orlando, FL with Security Clearance Job Number 679102 Description: At Santa Barbara Focal plane seeing is believing. What You Will Be Doing The role will be heavily focused on program support. Program finance tasks to include generating estimates at complete, monitoring contract performance to budget and schedule, tracking performance, and reporting variances and recovery plans as required by the program office. Also responsible for performing a wide array of financial analysis including unit cost manufacturing, production cost pools, and tracking material movement to ensure proper cost allocations. This candidate will also be responsible for generating quarterly CSRs and presenting the financial positions through the MFC leadership team. At times this candidate will also be providing estimating surge support from proposal kick-off, BOE & cost volume development, through Executive reviews to final submissions. Strong knowledge and application of Earned Value Management Techniques ? Strong analytical and computer skills (Excel - pivot tables , PowerPoint, Word & Access) ? Ability to work multiple tasks concurrently ? Strong analytical skills and the ability to read and understand requirements set forth in Request for Proposals (RFP). ? Ability to present complex cost positions to management for proposal authorization ? Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Requirements (FAR) ? Self starter/motivated individual. ? BS or BA degree in business, or business related field. ? Prior analytical and or financial experience ? Ability to obtain a DOD Security Clearance Desired Skills: ? Familiarity with LM/MFC systems, practices and procedures and program personnel. ? Advanced computer skills with (Excel - pivot tables , PowerPoint, Word, Access, Tableau) ? Strong working knowledge of FAR ? Experience with SAP ? Demonstrated ability to lead a proposal team that generates and submits compliant Government proposals ? Existing security clearance a plus / ability to obtain clearance Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
