Essential Functions & Responsibilities
? Leadership and Oversight: Lead and oversee all clinical operations across Theoria Medical facilities, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care and consistent service quality.
? Protocol Development: Design, implement, and continually refine clinical protocols, policies, and procedures to maintain uniformity and uphold the highest standards across the organization.
? Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with the executive team to align clinical operations with the organization's strategic goals, driving growth and ensuring operational excellence.
? Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations, as well as accreditation standards, to safeguard patient safety and institutional integrity.
? Performance Optimization: Monitor, evaluate, and enhance clinical performance metrics, including patient outcomes, satisfaction, and operational efficiency, through data-driven decision-making.
? Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of clinical leaders, including medical directors, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
? Program Integration: Oversee the implementation and seamless integration of new clinical programs and service lines into existing operations, ensuring smooth transitions and optimal resource utilization.
? Strategic Initiatives: Serve as the primary point of contact for clinical operations during mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives, ensuring successful integration and alignment with organizational goals.
? Innovative Care Models: Lead initiatives to enhance patient care through the adoption of evidence-based practices and the development of innovative care models that meet evolving healthcare needs.
? Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as IT and finance, to support clinical operations, optimize resource allocation, and drive organizational efficiency.
? Problem Resolution: Proactively address and resolve clinical operational issues in collaboration with facility leaders and clinical staff, ensuring minimal disruption to patient care.
? Industry Insight: Stay informed of the latest healthcare trends, innovations, and best practices to ensure Theoria Medical remains a leader in clinical excellence.
? Additional Duties: Perform all other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success and growth of Theoria Medical.

Qualifications
? Educational Background: Advanced degree in healthcare, nursing, or a related field (e.g., MD, DO, NP, PA).
? Clinical Experience: Minimum of 10 years of clinical experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing clinical operations.
? Multi-Site Management: Proven track record in managing multi-site clinical operations, preferably within post-acute or primary care settings.
? Regulatory Expertise: Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, including CMS guidelines, HIPAA, and accreditation standards, with a demonstrated ability to ensure compliance.
? Leadership and Mentorship: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire clinical teams, with a strong focus on quality improvement, patient safety, and operational efficiency.
? Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments and levels of the organization.
? Travel Availability: Willingness and ability to travel as needed, including periodic reporting to the Miami office.
? Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make critical decisions under pressure in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
? Technological Proficiency: Experience with telemedicine, remote patient monitoring, and other healthcare technologies is a plus.

Physical Requirements: ? Ability to remain in a stationary position for at least 50% of working hours. ? Frequent movement inside facilities to meet with providers and staff. ? Ability to obtain records, tools, and medical equipment from various locations. ? Effective communication with patients, managers, and facility staff.

Theoria's Clinical Operations Department is seeking a Vice President of Clinical Operations to lead and oversee the clinical services provided across all of our locations.

Shift Structure
? Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST.
? Remote Work: Remote (US)
