The Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Director will drive the organization's commitment to DEIB by developing impactful programs and utilizing data-driven insights to improve training and resources.

Requirements
? Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
? 10-15 years of experience in DEI programming.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cloud-based tools.
? Professional-level English proficiency.
? Experience in non-profit or consulting organizations preferred.
? Ability to lead and manage DEIB initiatives.
? Commitment to equity and societal improvement.
? Ability to adapt to changing trends.
? Experience in remote and global organizations preferred.
? Capability to work in a professional home office setup.
