About the position

Responsibilities
? Manage and restructure a variety of problem loans.

? Advise lending teams on challenging credit situations.

? Oversee the modification process from proposal to credit approval and closing.

? Ensure accurate credit risk ratings and minimize past dues.

? Identify borrowers experiencing financial difficulties.
,
? Interact professionally with clients, investors, and internal teams.

? Provide guidance to associates and collaborate with the Managing Director.

? Handle escalated issues and complex negotiations.

? Supervise and manage one or more associates, setting goals and monitoring progress.

Requirements
? Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Credit Training or Financial Modeling, valuation and credit OR High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of experience in Credit Training or Financial Modeling, valuation and credit.

? 3 years of Commercial Loan Workout and/or Credit experience.

Nice-to-haves
? 5 years of experience in Commercial Banking, TMT and Innovation Banking or Advisory.

? Ability to negotiate and influence favorable outcomes for the bank.

? Knowledge of financial principles and concepts.

? Ability to interpret financial information and create effective models.
