Multiple Drafters needed for a Major Operator in WTX

Progressive Global Energy are currently hiring multiple AutoCAD Drafters to join a major Oil & Gas operator in West Texas and SouthEast New Mexico on a long term contract basis.

The initial contract length will be 12 months, with a view to having annual extensions afterwards.

There are multiple office locations you can be based out of, including - but not limited to - Midland, TX, and Carlsbad, NM.

These positions will involve:

• Preparing clear, complete and accurate detail drawings from detailed mark ups, sketches and/or notes

• Create "as-built" drawings of existing facilities based on site visits

• Assist operations and engineering to create drawings for tie-ins/expansions

• Generate red-line drawing updates supporting construction and maintenance activities

• Facility and construction site visits to generate and validate drawings

Successful candidates will meet the following criteria:

• A minimum of 3-5 years upstream drafting experience

• Associates degree in Drafting or Design is required, Bachelors degree preferred

• Proficient in AutoCAD

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Willingness and ability to travel to the field, as required
