As a Customer Service Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member forTyra Ingram - State Farm Agent, your creativity, and strategy promote the continued growth of our agency. RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Provide friendly and accurate customer service to current and potential customers ? Use a customer-focused needs-based conversation to recommend products that will fit our customer's needs ? Be the first point of contact for inbound calls ? Know the proper servicing processes for basic State Farm policies (taking payments, coverage changes, Necho, ECRM, claims, etc
QUALIFICATIONS: ? Current Property and Casualty license ? Current Life and Health license ? Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred ? Marketing experience preferred ? Spanish bilingual preferred ? Able to make presentations to potential customers ? Self-motivated ? People-oriented ? Creative in problem-solving and goal achievement ? Excellent in collaborative communication with team members and customers
