Key Responsibilities

? Foster long-term customer relationships through effective teamwork and communication.

Required Skills
? Sales experience (including outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing) is preferred.
? A willingness to learn and a coachable mindset.
? Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
? Strong interpersonal skills to connect and build rapport with customers.

Qualifications
? Property & Casualty license is required.
? Life & Health license is required (tuition coverage available for the right candidates who are not yet licensed).
