POSITION TITLE: Survey Notification Phone Rep

REPORTS TO: Client Services Manager

LOCATION: Work from home or office based on business needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES: The Survey Notification Phone Rep is responsible for the timely and professional completion of Pre-notification calls for the field surveys that are to be completed by the field representatives. They will interact with policyholders, agency personnel and field operations team members in a polite and professional manner. This position requires the ability to follow directions and complete assignments on time. Daily attendance as scheduled and completion of a variable workload are critical for the person holding this position.

DUTIES: Contacting policyholders to let them know that a field surveyor will be visiting their properties in the next few days to complete a survey for insurance purposes. Candidate will meet minimum productivity and
daily time service goals. Candidate will maintain a professional telephone voice
and demeanor and must communicate well. Set operating procedures and
requirements must be strictly followed at all times. Candidate will prioritize the
calls based on fluctuating business needs and will be pro-active in
communication with management. Additional Customer Service support tasks and
miscellaneous related duties will be assigned as required by business need.

CUSTOMER GROUP:

Extern Insurance agency personnel, policyholders,
and individuals associated with inspection process such as policyholder family members,
tenants, realtors, property managers and other contacts

Internal Client
Service Manager, Customer Service Representatives, Field Operations Team and
the Management team

SKILL SET: 1) Highly organized with excellent time management skills 2) Excellent verbal communication skills 3) Problem solving skills 4) Familiarity with general liability insurance policies 5) Proficient with personal computers and standard software including MS Excel, Word, Outlook, etc. 6) Basic keyboarding (30+ wpm)

REQUIRED EQUIPMENT: 1) Telephone and telephone service (land line or mobile) 2) High speed internet connection 3) Fully functional computer that meets the following minimum requirements:

Hand Drive ? 320 GB 5400 RPM hard drive

Operating System ? Windows 7 with Service Pack 1 or

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Candidate must be able to sit and operate a telephone and computer for extended periods of time (3-7 hours in one session). Candidate must be able to listen and speak fluent English as well as concentrate for extended periods of time. Candidate must be able to operate a telephone and personal computer.

EDUCATION AND
EXPERIENCE:
1) Minimum of a high school diploma or GED required 2) Experience working in
homeowners insurance industry is preferred but not required.
