The Senior Marketing Service Representative is responsible for supporting the growth and retention of small and major group accounts within the assigned territory or block of business. This role involves providing day-to-day service and support to groups, agents, and account representatives, ensuring that all necessary information is gathered from clients or agents to complete marketing packages effectively. The representative will identify and resolve issues or problems that arise within the assigned region, ensuring a smooth operational flow and high levels of customer satisfaction. In addition to service and support, the representative will develop marketing plans for both new sales and existing accounts. This may include leading the internal execution of renewals, changes, and new group transitions. The role also requires the preparation of client marketing materials, which can encompass presentations, renewal packages, group proposals, and administrative agreements. The representative may coordinate and conduct training sessions, enrollment meetings, and site visits, providing essential training to group leaders, agents, account representatives, and members on the appropriate policies, procedures, and processes of BCBSSC. Furthermore, the representative will assist in training new service representatives and office staff regarding the implementation of new accounts, retention paperwork, and new products and services. They will also support the director or manager with special projects, including presentations to potential prospects and existing accounts. Regular preparation of weekly, monthly, and annual activity reports for management is also a key responsibility of this position.
Responsibilities

Requirements
? Bachelor's degree in a job-related field or equivalent work experience (4 years job-related work experience or Associate's degree with 2 years job-related work experience).

? 5 years of experience in customer service, underwriting, sales, marketing, and/or account management.

? Comprehensive knowledge of products, procedures, systems, payment policies, and financing of product lines.
,
? Good judgment skills and effective customer service abilities.

? Strong organizational, presentation, and leadership skills.

? Demonstrated proficiency in spelling, punctuation, and grammar skills.

? Basic business math proficiency.

? Ability to persuade, negotiate, or influence others.

? Analytical or critical thinking skills.

? Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion.

? Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
