Brief Overview of Position
This role provides oversight and strategic direction to a group of Loan Operations team members responsible for all closing, booking, funding and servicing functions within the Commercial Real Estate ("CRE") portfolio of the bank. This senior level role will have direct responsibility for budget management and will be a stakeholder in the execution of the Bank's strategic plan as it relates to Commercial Real Estate and Loan Operations. This individual will work with line of business leaders and executives to develop support solutions for existing and new products and will work directly with credit and risk partners to ensure proper controls are in place to support the bank's loan products.
Responsibilities
? Manage all CRE loan closing, booking and funding/servicing related activity.
? Provide support and training to CRE Closers and Funders in regard to systems, loan documentation, due diligence and process/procedures.
? Assess and implement process workflows to best support the CRE business.
? Stakeholder and change champion for the CRE Loan Operations transformation efforts.
? Develop, review, and monitor performance metrics and standards.
? Coach and development of team leads and individual contributors.
? Oversee workflow to ensure deadlines are met.
? Assign and review quality reports, metrics reports, and any additional operational reports required.
? Interview, hire, and onboard talent within the team.
? Manage performance and development within the team to include performance counseling, performance/merit reviews, and terminations as required.
? Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, business partners and team members to ensure an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications
? Required - minimum of 10 years of commercial lending experience - specific to loan documentation, due diligence and bank agented transactions (commercial real estate loan closing and funding experience required).
? Required - minimum of 8 years in a management role (loan production management experience required).
? Required - minimum of 2 years of ACBS loan system experience (or similar loan system knowledge).
