Quality Review and Audit Lead Analyst - Operations Testing Center of Excellence

Description:
? Lead and influence by example within the Operations Testing COE Team.
? Support the Operations Testing Team by testing client benefits and ensuring correct setup.
? Partner with Ops Testing leadership to enhance process improvement and technical skills.
? Develop test plans and perform verification/quality assurance.
? Track and report progress to leadership on deadlines.
? Lead initiatives for best practices and knowledge management strategies.
? Assist in building a standard training and certification model.

Requirements: ? 2+ years? Coaching and Training experience preferred. ? 2+ years? Quality experience preferred. ? Client-facing role or experience with direct client interaction is preferred. ? Strong data management and technical skills. ? Strong Analytical thinking with advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. ? Ability to prioritize, manage workload, and successfully meet project and tight client deadlines. ? Ability to demonstrate initiative and independent thinking. ? Ability to think strategically while solving tactical challenges. ? Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment and make independent decisions. ? Strong customer service focus. ? Strong ability to work with other departments/ teams to resolve issues. ? KCS Advisor or Mentor licensure preferred. ? Proven success in motivating and developing others. ? Ability to learn and adapt quickly. ? Strong verbal/written communication skills with the ability to navigate, communicate, and present in a matrixed or client-facing environment. ? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote) and WebEx Tools. ? Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
