The RestorixHealth Professional Services Division is dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-based wound care directly to patients in their residences, encompassing both home settings and post-acute care facilities. Utilizing a centralized call center, a mobile electronic health record system, and specialized wound care support, our team ensures consistent delivery of top-tier, outcome-focused care. Operating across multiple states and care settings, this division's services are designed to streamline patient access to care. This role will manage a team of clinical providers with the aim of fostering clinical excellence through both in-person and remote support and oversight
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Provide leadership, direction, and day-to-day management of clinical providers. Mentor and support team members to enhance skills and promote professional growth.
? Ensure the delivery of exceptional wound care services, adhering to the latest clinical guidelines and best practices. Monitor and evaluate clinical performance to meet and exceed quality standards.
? Manage resource allocation to ensure optimal coverage and care continuity. Address operational challenges and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
? Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and accreditation standards. Lead efforts to maintain safety protocols and manage risks effectively.
? Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning. Implement training programs and professional development opportunities for staff.
? Works collaboratively with division Medical Director and Chief Medical Officer to drive clinical and medical performance
? Complete field ride-a longs with clinical providers to review process and provide recommendations for improvement
? Partners with business office to optimize communication and productivity with clinical providers.
? In partnership with clinical quality team, review documentation and clinical protocols for continuous improvement
? Participates in interviewing and onboarding all new clinical providers
? Mentors and assigns a peer mentor to all new clinical providers
? Participates in all peer, collaborator and quality review teams.
? Completes monthly peer review audits and quality outcome review audits. Provides recommendations for improvement and provide reeducation to correct deficiencies
EDUCATION AND TECHNICAL SKILLS:
? Masters or Doctoral Degree as a Nurse Practitioner
? 2 years of experience in management of wound, ostomy and continence care preferred
? Management experience in clinical setting preferred
? Board Certification in any of the following Adult Nurse Practitioner/ANP, Family Nurse Practitioner/FNP, Geriatric Nurse Practitioner/GNP, or Clinical Nurse Specialist/ CNS Active DEA
? Prescriptive authority BLS from American Heart Association
? Wound care certification preferred (will be required to obtain within 1 year of employment)
? Strong knowledge base of HIPAA and OSHA required
? Valid state nursing license
ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS/COMPETENCIES:
? Ability to operate as part of a team, alongside physicians and other nurses
? Proficiency in medical instruments and equipment
? Ability to work without direct supervision and practice autonomously
