Specialty drug is the largest and fastest growing segment of the U.S. Pharmacy market. As a result, there is an urgent need for our pharmacy and medical teams to partner on cross benefit solutions to control spend. Senior enterprise leaders have supported the Cigna Pathwell Specialty Project, a fully integrated, multi-year specialty management solution currently under development. In addition, efforts are underway to monetize existing services. This requires establishing high-achieving product teams who apply strategic thinking to contribute to the success of Pathwell, Evernorth, and integrated value strategies.
This role will contribute to the launch and ongoing support of Cigna Pathwell Specialty.
Broadly, responsibilities include serving as product lead and SME to develop, implement, and oversee end-to-end go-to-market activities for the Cigna Pathwell Specialty project. Specific responsibilities include: Collaboration with enterprise and project stakeholders to develop pricing/UW and end-to-end enablement strategy, execution of end-to-end enablement strategy, creation and maintenance of product GTM materials (Knowledge Exchange, FAQs, etc.), drafting and maintaining RFP responses, and tracking adoption and exceptions.
This role spans the product lifecycle through strategy, development, launch, and maintenance. Given the large nature of this project, key competencies include the ability to:

Primary Responsibilities: ? Design, Develop, and implement Pathwell go-to-markets strategy ? Help define the next evolution of Specialty Benefit programs that will connect Cigna's customers to higher-performing providers thru simple and affordable approaches, considering market dynamics, buyer group insights, customer experience, contracting strategies, and optimal steerage levers. ? Support the team as an end-to-end implementation and GTM consultant, driving to optimal designs and product outcomes ? Serve as the product lead providing guidance/oversight to stand-up a complex net new set of solutions. ? Identify requirements and ensures timely and compliant implementation of new product/benefits ? Nurtures strong cross functional relationships with clear and regular communication ? Independently drive issues to resolution while keeping leadership informed ? Highly organized to manage ideas, progress, risks and action items ? Work efficiently with multiple internal stakeholders to overcome any/all design, build and launch challenges ? Demonstrate curiosity to understand "how" and "why" existing systems/processes operate the way they do. Use knowledge gained to enhance product design and inspire new product solutions ? Ability to manage time and effectively prioritize simultaneous request from various project stakeholders ? Finalize and prioritize product development concepts and articulate go-forward project scope and approach ? Contribute to development of team best practices ? Other responsibilities as assigned by the project
Qualifications: ? Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; MBA (or equivalent experience) preferred ? 8+ years of experience in product development, product management, finance, or business development ? Working knowledge of pharmacy and medical benefits preferred ? Experience working with Pricing/UW teams ? Experience in end-to-end medical product execution ? Experience / working knowledge of medical specialty drug infusions preferred ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including demonstrated ability to quickly translate ideas and insights into presentation ready documents ? Excellent meeting facilitation and organizational skills ? Strong financial, analytical, quantitative and interpersonal skills ? Strong PowerPoint and excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, vlookups etc.) ? Comfort with complex systems and processes ? Demonstrated ability to work independently ? Demonstrated ability to execute on multiple projects and excel in a results-orientated environment ? Demonstrated ability to work with remote personnel to achieve agreed upon goals and objectives ? Demonstrated ability to organize thoughts and vision into presentation-ready deliverables ? Demonstrated decision making capability
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $101,100 - $168,500, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
