What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Manage and coordinate large-scale software testing efforts, ensuring effective project delivery
• Develop testing strategies, plans, and performance reporting, including defect resolution
• Serve as the primary point of contact for overall project status and stakeholder management
• Collaborate with system integration vendors and manage project assignments for a team of at least 15 personnel
• Provide detailed status reporting and metrics for project performance

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Minimum of 8 years' experience in project management and administration of large-scale projects
• At least 5 years' experience as a Senior Testing/Quality Assurance Project Manager
• Strong knowledge of Project Management Office (PMO) practices and policies
• Project Management Certification (PMP) required
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools, including Excel, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, and Project

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience with Planview PPM Pro software
• Familiarity with various project delivery methodologies, including Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall, and COTS
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in team leadership and negotiation
