Responsibilities: ? Handle and close live leads provided by the team. ? Build strong relationships with clients and potential buyers. ? Conduct property evaluations to determine value and marketability. ? Prepare, present, and negotiate contracts. ? Attend trainings and role-playing sessions, either in-person or via Zoom. ? Stay informed and compliant with real estate laws and regulations. ? Deliver exceptional service to clients from start to finish. ? Contribute to the positive team culture that defines Premier Listings.

Qualifications: ? Active real estate license. ? Strong communication skills and a positive attitude. ? Experience with contracts and closing processes. ? Willingness to learn, grow, and adapt to the evolving market. ? Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
