Online Store Customer Service Representative
Posted 2025-03-14We are seeking a highly skilled Online Store Customer Service Representative to join our team at Walt Disney World Resort.
As an Online Store Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting guests with their digital experience through our website and mobile app.
You will also attend a paid training class to develop necessary skills and knowledge, and work in an inbound contact center located at Disney Central in Orlando, Florida.
The operating hours of Disney Central are from Sunday through Saturday, 05:45 a.m. -12:15 a.m.
Key Requirements: ? Excellent communication and problem-solving skills ? Experience in sales and service roles, preferably in a customer service or contact center environment ? Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
