? Use tools as designated by management to prepare product or production tasks.
? Tend to assembly lines, performing tasks as needed to support the process flow.
? Grading and inspecting
? Packing products as directed by management.
? Prepare product for packing and freezing.
? May perform other tasks as determined by the production supervisor.
Skills and Abilities
? Active listening ?Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
? Speaking- Talking to others in a professional and courteous manner to convey information effectively.
? The ability to operate hand and automatic tools safely and possess good physical dexterity.
? The ability to work with and safely use sharp instruments (knives and scissors).
? The ability to see details at close range.
? The ability to exert muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects using both hands.
? The ability to stand or sit for long periods of time.
? The ability to work in hot, cold and or wet environments.
? The ability to repetitively lift 10-50 lbs.
? Able to work hours required with a set start time; working until the process is complete (no set end time).
Work Activities
? Using hands and arms in handling, installing, positioning, and moving materials and manipulating things.
? Performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials.
? Wear Common Protective or Safety Equipment such as hairnet, beard net, gloves, cut gloves, smocks, aprons, boots and ear protection.
