Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, shipping, payments, refunds, and returns.

  • Provide accurate and timely solutions to customers through various communication channels.
  • Identify and escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate departments.
  • Build rapport with customers and ensure their feedback is shared with Amazon's management team.
  • Adhere to Amazon's customer service policies and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
