**Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Contact Center Customer Service Inbound/Outbound Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback via phone, email, and chat
* Providing accurate and timely information about products, services, and promotions
* Resolving customer issues and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
* Escalating complex issues to senior representatives or management as needed
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
* Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends
* Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
* Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
* Adhering to blithequark's quality standards and customer service principles
**Key Skills and Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a contact center environment
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
* Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce or similar platforms
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with Amazon or similar e-commerce platforms
* Knowledge of customer service software, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk
* Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
