As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the organization, working directly with the founder, Amanda. Your contribution will allow Amanda and future team members to focus on creative projects and revenue-building activities, driving the company's growth and success.

Responsibilities:

• Perform Kajabi-related tasks and technical work, including designing sales pages and offer/checkout pages.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as calendar management, scheduling appointments, and organizing important dates and tasks using Asana/Notion.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations.
• Support light design work for engaging social media posts.
• Create and maintain spreadsheets and financial reports to aid in financial management.
• Draft marketing emails in the founder's voice, capturing the company's unique tone and educational approach.
• Organize and manage other team members and contractors, ensuring effective task and project completion.

Requirements:

As the ideal candidate, you possess the following traits and qualities:

• Previous experience working as an Executive Assistant to an online course creator and/or online marketer
• Experience using all-in-one business platforms such as Kajabi
• Self-starter: You take initiative, show resourcefulness, and can work independently.
• Excellent communicator: You have strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to effectively convey information and ideas.
• Design-oriented: You have an aesthetic eye and a talent for creating simple yet visually appealing designs that leave a lasting impression.
