Responsibilities: ? Quickly Learn Master Sales Processes and Systems

? Manage daily operations

? Oversee multiple personnel

? Help with onboarding and training

Qualifications:

? Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Organized

? Strong leadership skills

? Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence including active listening and problem-solving

? Ability to learn, adapt, and adjust on the go

? Works well with others and individually

? Possesses a strong work ethic and drive to succeed

? LAH license
