<strong>This is a part-time role that participates in a Job Share arrangement with an existing employee.<br><br></strong><strong>Microsoft Office 365 (O365) </strong>is the heart of the Microsoft Cloud and as such is critical to our mobile-first, cloud first vision; M365 provides Microsoft Software as a Service offerings to our customers. Our enterprise customers expect our cloud to operate with trust and transparency, and a central pillar of this proposition is that we maintain reliable and consistent engineering capabilities for security and compliance scaled across hundreds of services running at hyper-scale.<br><br>?<br><br>The <strong>Microsoft 365 Core team </strong>is building the infrastructure and processes to ensure that we can?demonstrate the trust and transparency that our customers, regulators and auditors demand. This includes building a scalable intake and assessment system through which we evaluate the global regulatory and compliance requirements to build this trust. These systems and processes will touch every team and will be used not only to keep the cloud running securely, but to demonstrate this through conformance to requirements, audits and international Privacy expectations.<br><br><strong>Senior Product Manager - M365<br><br></strong>We are looking for a <strong>part-time</strong>, experienced <strong>Senior Product Manager,</strong> who has the technical depth required to effectively communicate with subject matter experits (SMEs) from Compliance, Security, Engineering, Operations, Support, and other disciplines.<br><br><strong>Location: <br><br></strong>By applying to this part-time, U.S. based position, while remote work is possible, relocation does not apply/is not provided for the role.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br></strong><ul><li>Represent Microsoft?s controls over US Government regulatory requirements to the internal Microsoft Engineering community. </li><li>Help identify and evolve an onboarding strategy to ensure the Compliance Program keeps pace with O365?s rapid growth while reducing the impact on operational teams </li><li>Facilitate cross group collaboration in Office 365 Trust by establishing partnerships with other teams with the?overarching goal of improving trust of Microsoft and its products? </li><li>Provide subject matter expertise to internal engineering groups and product teams with understanding of various Compliance obligations, and working with them to develop roadmaps to achieve these Compliance requirements </li><li>Influence and provide input into the Office 365 Trust programs when possible <br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><strong>Required/Minimum Qualifications<br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor?s Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project management </li><ul><li>OR equivalent experience.</li></ul><li>5+ years of direct experience with security, compliance and regulatory frameworks- including International Organization for Standardization- ISO 27001, Statement on Standards for Attestation Engagements- SSAE/ System and Organization Controls- SOC 1 and 2, Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program- FedRAMP, Privacy, certification and accreditation processes. </li><li>Capable of working part-time. Approximately 50% of regular hours.<br></li></ul><strong>Other Requirements<br></strong><ul><li> Citizenship &amp; Citizenship verification: This position requires verification of U.S. citizenship due to citizenship-based legal restrictions. Specifically, this position supports United States federal, state, and/or local United States government agency customers and is subject to certain citizenship-based restrictions where required or permitted by applicable law. To meet this legal requirement, citizenship will be verified via a valid passport.<br></li></ul><strong>Additional Or Preferred Qualifications<br></strong><ul><li>Experience with IT operations techniques and diverse IT architectures; specific knowledge of hyper-scale cloud products </li><li>CISA, Certified Information Systems Security Professional CISSP, ISO 27001 or other compliance related certifications </li><li>Ability to collaborate with partners, deliver cross-group projects, and drive change </li><li>Demonstrated technical problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to interview engineers on technical subject matter as well as briefing executive level stakeholders <br></li></ul>Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this <strong>part-time</strong> role across the U.S. is USD $56,000 - $109,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $72,900 - $119,300 per year.<br><br>Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
