Posted 2025-03-14<p><strong>Purpose of Job</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Newegg is seeking for a Director of Human Resources, Total Rewards who will be a key part of the management team and will serve as the lead of the Compensation and Performance Management functions. This Director will be responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of Newegg?s compensation programs, and help executive management set compensation policies and ensure the alignment of HR strategies with key business goals. </p><p><br></p><p>This position will report to Newegg Chief Human Resources Officer, and join Newegg global headquarter located in City of Industry, CA.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Description</strong></p><ul><li>Responsible for design, implementation, revise, and ongoing evaluation of corporate compensation programs, including incentive pay, performance management programs, and executive compensation programs and align with Newegg business strategy and competitive practices. </li><li>Initiate Newegg market pay philosophy - Conduct research on market analysis for all-level compensation benchmark and pay programs, develop recommendation accordingly.</li><li>Forecast and plan HR annual budget. </li><li>Lead and assess key pay program (merit, short-term and long-term incentive), and adopt proper metrics and analytics to communicate on the effectiveness. Partner with benefit and HRIS analyst to oversee the administration in ADP WorkforceNow.</li><li>Support the preparation of the documentation related to HR SOX compliances in partnership with legal and finance.</li><li>Consult with business leaders and direct talent acquisition team on executive cases (offer, retention, succession, etc.), provide analytical support to executive compensation design and other rewords projects.</li><li>Develop and implement communication and training for compensation programs for human resources professionals and managers to promote understanding and transparency.</li><li>Mentor and train junior members of the team.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor?s degree in Finance/Business Management/Human Resources or a similar field.</li><li>10+ years of progressively responsible experience in compensation analysis and benefit administration.</li><li>Experience designing compensation program for public traded company is a big plus.</li><li>Experience building, managing and using tools for compensation calculation, analysis and reporting.</li><li>Strong working knowledge and experience of overall compensation programs as well as the design and implementation of corporate benefit planning process.</li><li>Understanding of applicable federal/state laws, rules and regulations concerning compensation compliance.</li><li>Excellent communication, collaboration and presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to multi-task and contribute to a team-oriented environment.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Mental & Physical Function</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Mental Functions</strong>: Decisions may affect a work unit or area within a department. Walking and standing required 5% of the time respectively. No heavy lifting required.
