But not a must)<p><br></p>End Client: Pratt and Whitney<p><br></p>Background Check (if applicable): YES and drug test. <strong>This is the 4-6 week Onboarding process </strong><p><br></p>Here is some additional information on this role. Christian?s team is set up with 2 Senior Developers and an Application Support team .<p><br></p><ul><li>The App Support Team has a lead (which is what we are looking for /replacing ) and 4 offshore developers . They maybe meet 30 minutes a day with the offshore team as well as this lead needs to be in a few meetings as well.</li><li>They built a system that they are now in a UAT portion of the project. They don?t want their senior developers doing break fixes and enhancements on code that should already be working during this .</li><li>If it breaks it may need to be reconfigured or if needs an enhancement, they may to write some basic code which I think is in C#. There is documentation for this . If the problem is huge of course, they will kick it back to the developers. He thinks that someone with the right aptitude can do this role if they dig in and try.</li><li> This is all customized, so they need to have some development background. A senior developer will be bored and someone too JR may not be able to code enough so it?s a unique role.</li></ul><p><br></p>They need to be knowledgeable on these plugins. They need to jump in and grab tickets as well so 50-60% they are grabbing the heavy tickets but also leading (not managing ) the team . Making sure everything is running efficient and all POC?s are up to date.<p><br></p><ul><li> Out of the 5 on this team , they need to be the strongest APP support person. They want them to run this team like a Dynamics Solutions team .</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Support Developer</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Strong understanding of D365</li><li>Strong C# Language skills</li><li>Strong JavaScript Language skills</li><li>Experience with TypeScript</li><li>Experience leading a team of developers, bonus points for managing remote offshore teams</li><li>Experience developing and debugging D365 Plugins</li><li>Experience developing and debugging D365 Webresources </li><li>Experience with Custom Actions and Custom APIs</li><li>Experience with D365 Flows/Workflows</li><li>Experience with D365 Dev Tools (XmrToolBox, Plugin Registration, Trace Logs, Plugin Profiling, solutions, etc.)</li><li>Experience with GitHub, repositories, branches and pull requests</li><li>Strong CRM (Dynamics 365) product knowledge</li><li>Ability to use D365 development tools</li><li>Experience in development of D365 extensions Plug-in, Webresource, Custom Actions/APIs etc.</li><li>Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Model Binding, and Asynchronous programming etc.</li><li>Pipeline and CI/CD Knowledge</li><li>Ability to manage a team of developers</li></ul>
