What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Design and create learning technology solutions for UNFI
• Administer daily operations of learning technology solutions
• Develop strong working relationships with business leaders
• Execute application functionality testing and pilots for compliance training
• Manage multiple projects to meet deadlines
What is Required (Qualifications):
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent working experience
• 4+ years of experience in human resources, learning and development, or talent management
• Experience with enterprise learning technology systems and applications
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Prior administration experience of an enterprise learning management system (LMS)
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with innovative learning technologies
