Essential Duties and Responsibilities
? Schedule - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 3:00pm-11:30pm , Thursday, Friday 11:00pm-7:30am
? Opportunity to work additional shifts.
? Answers incoming calls and communicate with clients with respect, courtesy, empathy, tact, and professionalism.
? Transfers calls accurately, quickly, and efficiently for customers.
? Maintains an above average attendance record.
? Follows established standard operating procedures.
Qualifications/Requirements
? High school diploma required
? Prior customer service or call center experience preferred.
? Ability to work without direct supervision
? Knowledgeable about Microsoft Office
? Can work well with medical staff, veterans and elderly
? Has a good work ethic
? Outstanding verbal communication skills (phone etiquette).
? Detail oriented, ability to multi-task, and highly organized.
Veterans and previous federal experience encouraged to apply
