Inbound Call Center Representative

    Duties...
  • Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance or information as needed
  • Take messages for all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in the system
  • Provide product or service information to customers
  • Meet or exceed performance goals, including call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity metrics
    Experience:
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred
  • Strong verbal communication skills and active listening skills
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
