Inbound Call Center Representative
- Duties...
- Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance or information as needed
- Take messages for all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in the system
- Provide product or service information to customers
- Meet or exceed performance goals, including call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity metrics
- Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred
- Strong verbal communication skills and active listening skills
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
- Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
