What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Follow up on tolls, parking, and fine citations
• Locate and seek compensation from responsible parties
• Work with customers, field locations, DMVs, and the employer's POS system to ensure favorable outcomes
• Provide clerical support as part of a team to track citations
• Maintain a good attendance record

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Previous call center or phone-based work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Excellent communication skills
• Task-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good attendance record

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience in the transportation or logistics industry
• Familiarity with citation tracking systems
