What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Audit compliancy with National Account customers to ensure value, products, and services offerings align with agreed objectives
• Insure standard Operating Procedures are followed, including order frequency, order push, and Approved Product List (APL)
• Identify and document findings using digital auditing and reporting tools
• Monitor reports, document and communicate actionable items as needed
• Report findings from the Collision Shops to respective sales teams

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Customer Service Experience
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and quick learner
• Minimum 1 + years' experience in automotive or similar market
• Good communication skills (written & verbal)
• Basic Industry Knowledge is a Plus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience in the automotive industry
• Knowledge of automotive products and services
