Role Responsibilities
? Guide clients through the mortgage application and approval process.
? Maintain clear communication with processors and clients' real estate agents throughout the closing process.
? Self-generate loan opportunities through local marketing efforts.
Qualifications
? Active NMLS Origination License for U.S. states.
? Excellent customer service skills and the ability to network and self-promote.
? Independent and self-motivated with the ability to work remotely.
? Experience with loan origination software is a plus.
? Relevant certifications and state-specific licenses.
Additional Information
