Description:
? Serve as a key contact for clients and consumers
? Handle inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery
? Actively support company-wide efforts to maintain customer satisfaction
? Maintain detailed documentation of all interactions
? Proactively identify and resolve client and candidate issues
? Provide ongoing client service at the highest level
? Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery
? Participate in special projects or initiatives as assigned
Requirements: ? High school diploma or equivalent ? Minimum of 2-3 years in a customer service role ? Exceptional verbal and written communication skills ? Proficiency in both English and Spanish is highly desirable ? Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office ? Typing minimum 45 WPM ? Familiarity with industry compliance standards is a plus ? Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously ? High level of accuracy in documentation and data entry ? Excellent problem-solving skills and empathy
