Your Responsibilities: ? Collaborate with students, their families, and fellow educators to create individualized education plans (IEPs) that cater to each student?s specific learning needs. ? Design and conduct engaging virtual lessons using diverse teaching methods and advanced technology. ? Maintain ongoing communication with parents and guardians, regularly updating them on student progress and celebrating milestones. ? Who You Are:
? You hold a current Special Education teaching certification for your home state and the state where you will be teaching.
? You bring experience working with students facing a range of learning disabilities and challenges.
? You are well-versed in special education policies, regulations, and effective instructional strategies.
? You?re proficient in using digital platforms and online teaching tools to deliver effective lessons in a virtual environment.
? You are an excellent communicator, able to establish strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues alike.
