Position Overview: VocoVision is looking for a passionate and qualified Virtual Teacher of the Visually Impaired (VI) to join our team in Virginia. This remote, 1099 contract position offers an exciting opportunity to work with students who have visual impairments, providing them with personalized education to enhance their academic growth and independence.

Responsibilities: ? Deliver high-quality virtual instruction to students with visual impairments. ? Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) to meet each student?s needs. ? Collaborate with other educators and specialists to ensure effective accommodations and modifications. ? Utilize adaptive technology and accessible learning tools to support student engagement. ? Monitor and track student progress, adjusting teaching methods as necessary.

Qualifications: ? A Bachelor?s degree or higher in Special Education or a related field. ? Certification as a Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI). ?
