Position Overview:
As a Trainee Insurance Adjuster, you will assist in evaluating insurance claims, gathering evidence, and determining the validity of claims. You?ll receive comprehensive on-the-job training, guidance from experienced adjusters, and support in obtaining the necessary licensing and certifications.

Key Responsibilities: ? Assist in reviewing and processing insurance claims under the supervision of experienced adjusters. ? Learn to assess damages, gather necessary documentation, and prepare reports for claims evaluation. ? Communicate effectively with clients, agents, and other stakeholders to gather information. ? Learn how to use claims management software and tools effectively. ? Provide excellent customer service by addressing any client questions or concerns related to claims.

Qualifications: ? High school diploma or equivalent (Some college coursework in business, finance, or insurance-related fields is a plus). ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ? Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ? Eagerness to learn and develop professionally in the insurance industry. ? Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) are a plus.
