Accounts Payable II

As an Accounts Payable II, you will be responsible for accurate and timely processing and verification of invoices in the Ivalua system. You will reconcile vendor statements and follow up on discrepancies and will communicate directly with suppliers and internal employees at all levels. You will perform research as requested by internal/external auditors and PMs. As SNC's corporate team, we provide the company and its business areas with strategic direction and business support spanning executive management, finance and accounting, operations, human resources, legal, IT, information security, facilities, marketing, and communications. Qualifications You Must Have: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent and typically 2 or more years of relevant experience Higher education may substitute for relevant experience Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education Proficiency with Automated Accounting Systems Analytical abilities, time management, organizational and communication skills are essential Qualifications We Prefer: Proficiency in Power BI and Excel SNC offers a generous benefit package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k) with 150% match up to 6%, life insurance, 3 weeks paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more.
