? Provide support to Curative and Closing departments by assisting with customer service and administrative duties related to refinance transactions.
? Work directly with clients and their borrowers to address title-related items such as judgments and tax liens.
? Prepare and review documents for closing transactions.
? Efficiently communicate requirements and other information to clients as needed.

Experience you will need:
? This is a very entry-level position as an Escrow Assistant.
? Escrow and Real Estate experience not required.
? Open to candidates with Mortgage Admin or related experience.
? Strong customer service orientation.
? Detail orientation.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Problem-solving skills.
? Strong organizational skills.
? Knowledge of MS Office suite.
? Ability to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times.
? Knowledge of company and/or client operating systems.
? High School diploma or equivalent.
? 1-2 years? experience in a related real estate or title field preferred, but not required.
