About the position

The Renewal Portfolio Administrator plays a crucial role within Capital One's Small Business Bank division, focusing on customer outreach and engagement related to loan renewals and annual reviews. This position is responsible for ensuring that customer documentation is accurate and compliant with bank policies and regulatory requirements, while also fostering strong relationships with clients. The Renewal PA coordinates loan renewals, manages customer interactions, and collaborates with various internal and external stakeholders to facilitate a seamless renewal process.

Responsibilities
? Conduct customer relationship management activities for loan renewals and annual reviews.

? Manage customer outreach to collect, validate, and process required documentation for annual loan reviews.
,
? Own process steps for loan renewals, including reviewing loan documentation for eligibility.
,
? Interact with underwriters, relationship managers, customers, agent banks, attorneys, and insurance agents to meet loan renewal conditions.

? Collaborate with teammates and key stakeholders across all levels of the company.

? Leverage communication and customer relationship management skills to drive results.

? Manage a workload that includes multiple tasks and apply judgment to resolve conflicting priorities.

? Apply job knowledge and documentation expertise to support diverse lending products.

? Serve as a training resource for less experienced associates.

Requirements
? High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification or military experience.
,
? At least 3 years of experience in customer-facing portfolio or relationship management.

Nice-to-haves
? Associates Degree in Accounting or Finance or Paralegal certification.
,
? At least 1 year of experience in a consumer, mortgage, or commercial lending support role.
,
? At least 1 year of experience in lending processes, loan principles, and terminology related to banking laws and regulation.

? At least 5 years of experience in customer-facing portfolio or relationship management.
