The Provider Communication Writer Sr is responsible for providing writing support for the development and implementation of highly complex provider communication materials. This role involves collaborating with business leaders and subject matter experts to create effective communication strategies that meet business objectives and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
? Consults with business leaders to identify business objectives and collaborates with business partners and subject matter experts (SMEs) for input to create final draft documents.

? Researches, writes, edits, and reviews content for printed and digital materials, including business development documents, form letters, and website copy.

? Delivers complex communications for implementations and high visibility growth projects.

? Ensures all materials meet internal and external business, regulatory, and legal standards, following appropriate corporate guidelines and approval processes.

? Identifies improvements and efficiencies that support operational excellence and business initiatives.

? Mentors other communication writers and support staff.
Requirements
? Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience, or any combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background.

? Proficiency in writing and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.

? Experience in health care or managed care strongly preferred.
