Position: Remote Debt Collector

Join our esteemed receivables outsourcing firm as a Remote Debt Collector, where you will play a crucial role in interpreting and recovering delinquent lease contracts. This remote position is ideal for candidates with a minimum of four years of experience in third-party collections. For those new to the field, we also provide a fully onsite option.

Compensation: Achieve commissions that can surpass 75% of your performance targets!

Key Responsibilities
? Employ skip tracing strategies to locate consumers.
? Negotiate settlements and payment arrangements with clients.
? Ensure documentation accuracy and completeness.
? Articulate charges to consumers clearly and address inquiries.
? Investigate and resolve any disputes.
? Comply with company policies as well as local, state, and federal collection regulations.
? Maintain a customer-centric approach in all interactions.
? Build and sustain professional relationships with colleagues and management.

Required Skills
? Strong attention to detail accompanied by excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
? Ability to follow management guidelines and a proactive approach to learning.
? Proficient analytical skills to evaluate account histories.
? Consistently meet production goals with a reliable attendance record.
? Previous experience in customer service or roles involving public interaction is advantageous.
