SoFi is seeking a self-driven Talent Sourcer and Researcher to support the growth of high-performance teams in a dynamic startup environment. The role involves defining and executing sourcing strategies, screening candidates, and building comprehensive talent pipelines to ensure hiring success. The ideal candidate will leverage data and analytics to inform talent market research and develop effective engagement strategies for passive candidates.
Responsibilities
? Partner with recruiters on specific requisitions or groups of requisitions.

? Define and execute sourcing strategies, screen candidates, and present qualified candidates to recruiters and hiring managers.

? Develop relationships with recruiting partners and hiring managers by presenting sourcing insights.
,
? Perform target searches of direct competitors for niche senior-level roles and build visual representations of targeted departments and talent.

? Conduct talent market research using proven data tools to pull key market insights.
,
? Organize data to provide clear pictures of the talent pool, enabling data-driven strategies.
,
? Build, organize, and maintain pools of niche talent into dedicated pipelines sorted by technical skills.
,
? Utilize various sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and SeekOut, for effective candidate sourcing.
,
? Develop and define effective engagement strategies for pipelines of passive talent.
Requirements
? 3+ years of proven experience as a Sourcer, preferably in high-growth startup environments.
,
? Experience sourcing for various functional areas including Product/Tech, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Creative.
,
? Expertise in building talent pipelines and sourcing strategies.
,
? Strong understanding of data and analytics to support talent market research.
,
? Experience with various sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and SeekOut.

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and attract passive talent.
,
? Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
