About the job:

Reporting to the Director of Originations you will manage and oversee the Loan Processor team. You will oversee personnel functions, including staffing, hiring, payroll, training, performance reviews, performance management, incentive program(s), and all other aspects that come from being responsible for the success of the loan processing team.

? Own, manage, and report on performance KPIs for the team
? Establish processes and procedures to maintain accuracy and completeness of required documentation
? Develop and implement operating performance metrics and standards for speed and quality when serving our customers
? Continually look for ways to improve processes, both in terms of improving the user experience and reducing risk
? Implement procedural changes to ensure our systems are being utilized with maximum efficiency
? Oversee Loan Processors by monitoring overall performance, compliance to regulations and policies, and efficiency
? Work closely with the training department to identify and address performance gaps and establish ongoing training initiatives
? Build and maintain departmental written policies and procedures
? Work with all departmental managers/supervisors and upper level management to ensure the workflow or process is providing the best in class service
? Work cross functionally with other departments to ensure a holistic approach when driving initiatives, improving processes and procedures, and making changes that extend beyond the department
? Create a positive team environment with high employee engagement and job satisfaction

What you will bring to the team:
? 5+ years processing or underwriting experience in lending
? 5+ years of experience in managing contact center operations
? 3+ years of experience managing managers/supervisors
? Knowledge of regulatory issues surrounding consumer lending products and guidelines
? Proven track record of building successful teams, roles or divisions within an organization
? Experience in establishing team goals and performance standards, with a track record of exceeding expectations
? Proven experience in developing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
? Proven ability to effectively analyze data to create standardized work and measures of success
? Ability to identify team opportunities and present solutions to the leadership team
? Ability to work efficiently in a high demand, team oriented, and fast-paced environment
? CRM and Salesforce experience is a plus
? Ability to express ideas in clear and concise manner effectively to all levels of the organization
? Strong decision-making skills and ability to resolve problems
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills required along with strong presentation skills
? Effective management skills and ability to hold others accountable

Total Rewards and Benefits:

The starting base salary for this position is $85,600 per year. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be at the company's sole discretion and determined by a myriad of factors including, but not limited to, years of experience, depth of experience, and other relevant business considerations. The total compensation package includes eligibility and potential for performance-based bonuses as well as equity grants dependent upon the role and job level.
