Loan Closer - Bilingual (Chinese/English)

Primary Accountabilities/Responsibilities: ? Review title report and insurance ? Perform final verifications of employment, income and assets. ? Prepare mortgage Closing Disclosures ? Prepare closing documents ? Coordinate distribution of closing documents to all parties, including borrowers, attorneys, property agents, and title agents ? Ensure documents are completed and submitted promptly ? Post-closing quality control review of completed closing packages

Qualifications:

2 Year College Degree Minimum.

2 Year Experience in closing mortgage loans Minimum.
