Responsibilities

? Answer incoming phone calls with a positive and friendly attitude, accurately taking messages and helping customers.

? Communicate billing information to customers, process payments, handle policy changes, and update account and policy details independently.

? Utilize various communication channels (email, phone, chat) to interact with State Farm support departments, ensuring timely relay of information and updates to customers.

? Accurately document all customer interactions, including calls, emails, and text exchanges, using a customer relationship management software.

Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements
? Previous State Farm experience 1+ year
? Competence in State Farm Application (ECRM, SF Connect, NECHO, SFPP)
? Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
? Active Property & Casualty Insurance license in Oregon
? People oriented
? Detail oriented
? Proactive in problem solving
? Able to learn computer functions
